Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

3. Products and Pre-Orders

Some or all products on this site are sold on a pre-order basis: your order initiates or joins a small production run rather than being fulfilled from existing stock. Delivery times, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and your right of withdrawal for pre-ordered items are detailed on our Info page, which forms part of these Terms.

We make every effort to accurately display the colors, materials, and details of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will render colors identically to the physical product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing and description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed — in which case we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and may change without notice; the price charged is the one displayed at the time of your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Legal Warranty (France)

As a customer in France, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, Articles L217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, Articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial warranty and cannot be excluded by these Terms. 6. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, as described on our Info page. Exceptions provided by law may apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized items.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in respect of the legal guarantees described in Section 5.
